Compliments, Complaints and Feedback Policy
Bowel Cancer UK is committed to Bowel Cancer UK is committed to
providing high quality services and information to everyone
affected by bowel cancer. We also strive to ensure that everything
we produce and all our communications and materials are as good as
they can be. We constantly seek to improve the way we deal with
supporters and value feedback from anyone that uses our services,
fundraises for us or has an interest in our work.
If you have a compliment, complaint or want to give us feedback
on how we're doing please get in touch. Perhaps you think our
publications could be better or you'd like more information about
an aspect of bowel cancer. Maybe you'd like to see a
fundraising event in your area? Let us know!
All feedback will be looked at by our Director of Services and
then passed on to the relevant department. We will
acknowledge your feedback within 5 working days and let you know
when we will get back to you. This will usually be within 10
working days.
