If you notice changes when you poo, like going more or less often, or diarrhoea or constipation that comes and goes, then talk to your GP and ask about an at-home test.
Other symptoms include blood in your poo, bleeding from your bottom or a pain or lump in your tummy.
It could be nothing to worry about but it’s worth making sure. Bowel cancer is more treatable when found early.

Posters
Raise awareness in your workplace, community, place of worship or group by putting up some of our posters. We have three poster variations, which are available to download in English and Welsh (Cymraeg).
