Have you seen @bowelcanceruk's #TellYourGPInstead campaign?

If you notice changes when you poo, like going more or less often, or diarrhoea or constipation that comes and goes, then talk to your GP and ask about an at-home test.

Other symptoms include blood in your poo, bleeding from your bottom or a pain or lump in your tummy.

It could be nothing to worry about but it’s worth making sure. Bowel cancer is more treatable when found early.

Welsoch chi ymgyrch #TellYourGPInstead@bowelcanceruk? Os sylwch ar newidiadau wrth ichi wneud pw, fel mynd yn fwy neu’n llai aml, neu ddolur rhydd neu fod yn rhwym, sy’n mynd a dod, siaradwch â’ch meddyg teulu a gofynnwch am brawf yn eich cartref. Mae symptomau eraill yn cynnwys gwaed yn eich pw, gwaedu o’ch pen ôl neu boen neu lwmp yn eich bol. Efallai nad yw’n ddim byd i boeni amdano ond mae’n werth gwneud yn siwr. Mae’n haws trin canser y coluddion o’i ddarganfod yn gynnar.

An older lady sits in her chair and says to her cat "I've noticed changes when I'm going for a poo". The cat looks confused and a thought bubble shows he’s thinking of a mouse. At the bottom the line reads “Tell your GP instead, ask for a simple at-home test”. The image is branded with the Bowel Cancer UK logo.
