We're the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

We have a great opportunity for an expert in volunteer management to join our brilliant services team to help us shape the way we support our fantastic community of volunteers. If you've got outstanding skills in volunteer management, a thorough working knowledge of volunteer best practice, and would relish the challenge of transforming our approach to volunteering then we want to hear from you.

Due to the project nature of this role, candidates are welcome to be either paid as an employee or to invoice the charity as a self-employed person, subject to statutory employment checks. We're flexible about how this role might work – it could be part time for six months, or full time for three months.
