Applications close: Friday 8 January 2021, 5pm
We're the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
Bowel cancer diagnosis and treatment has been incredibly hard hit by COVID-19, and people affected by the disease need us now more than ever. Going into 2021, it’s vitally important that we focus on the restoration and recovery of bowel cancer services across the four nations of the UK.
We’re looking to recruit an exceptional Policy and Campaigns Manager (England) for a fixed term of 12 months to provide maternity cover for the existing post holder. You’ll be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of policy and campaigning activity in order to achieve real change in policy and practice in England.
We’re looking for an exceptional person with a real enjoyment of policy detail and an ability to identify key issues and find effective solutions that actively involve supporters and parliamentarians. This is a fantastic time to join us as we scale up to ensure we can deliver our vision for a future where nobody dies of bowel cancer.
We would love to hear from you if the role excites you and matches your skills and experience.
This role will be located in our London office, but home-based until Spring 2021.
