Super Golf Challenge competition rules
These rules (“the rules”) apply to the Super Golf Challenge competition (the “Competition”), and by taking part in the competition you are agreeing to comply with them, and confirm you satisfy the terms and conditions below.

The Super Golf Challenge is organised by Bowel Cancer UK (Registered charity number 1071038 (England & Wales) and SC040914 (Scotland).
This competition is administered solely by Bowel Cancer UK and is not affiliated with Woodhall Spa Golf Club, Fraserburgh Golf Club, The Vale Resort or Lough Erne Resort in any way.
Prize
There are four prizes provided by Bowel Cancer UK. Which prize is won is determined by the address provided at registration and is non-negotiable or changeable after registration.
- A weekday Four-Ball at Woodhall Spa Golf Club- Hotchkin course (Participants resident in England, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are eligible for this prize)
- A weekday Four-Ball at Fraserburgh Golf Club- Corbiehill course (Participants resident in Scotland are eligible for this prize)
- A weekday Four-Ball from Lough Erne Resort- Faldo course (Participants resident in Northern Ireland are eligible for this prize)
- A weekday Four-Ball at The Vale Resort- The Wales National course (Participants resident in Wales are eligible for this prize)
Participants based outside of the UK will be eligible for the England, Channel Islands and Isle of Man prize.
Teams with members from multiple countries will be eligible for the prize based on the address provided at registration.
This prize is subject to change and may be replaced by a similar prize of equivalent, or greater, monetary value at the sole discretion of Bowel Cancer UK, if reasonably required.
Prize winners are responsible for arranging to redeem the prize, paying all costs associated with the prize that are not specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions, including (where applicable) transport, accommodation or other incidentals. Bowel Cancer UK will not liaise with the company should there be queries about redeeming prizes and will not be responsible for the quality of the prize received.
Participant entry
- Participants aged under 16 years old must have permission from an adult to take part.
- There is a maximum of one entry per team into the Competition. You cannot be part of more than one team. A team consists of one team captain and up to three team members who have participated in the Super Golf Challenge. Teams of more than four members will not be eligible. Team captains must not change their team members before or after accepting the prize.
- Only entrants who are fully registered for the Super Golf Challenge 2024 are eligible to take part in the competition.
Competition rules
- The prize will be awarded to the team in each country who has raised the highest fundraising sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) during the Super Golf Challenge 2024. All donations on an online giving page will count towards the final total. Sponsorship made via other methods will not be counted.
- Competition closes for entry at 11.59pm on Sunday 1 September 2024. Any donations made after this date and time specified will not be taken into consideration and will not be eligible for this competition.
- The winner will be displayed in the Super Golf Challenge Facebook group by 5pm on Monday 2 September 2024.
- The winner will be notified by email and phone call by the Bowel Cancer UK Community Team, on Monday 2 September 2024.
- Should the winner be an employee of Bowel Cancer UK who is taking part in the Super Golf Challenge, the prize will be reallocated to the next highest fundraiser.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or exchanged for cash.
- The prize will be emailed by Bowel Cancer UK directly to the winner by Wednesday 11 September.
Advertising of stated competition
- All Super Golf Challenge participants will receive details of the competition, including link to the rules and how to take part, upon registering for the event to the email address supplied upon sign up.
- All advertising will abide by the rules indicating clear ways to take part and including a link to the rules.

Super Golf Challenge prize draw (£100) rules
These rules (“the rules”) apply to the Super Golf Challenge prize draw (the “prize draw”), and by taking part in the prize draw you are agreeing to comply with them, and confirm you satisfy the terms and conditions below.

Prize
- The prize bundles are provided by Bowel Cancer UK. Each consists of the following items only:
- Golf polo shirts from the Bowel Cancer UK online shop (up to four)
- Golf balls from the Bowel Cancer UK online shop
- Golf caps from the Bowel Cancer UK online shop
Participants have a chance to win one of five bundles. Up to four of each item will be allocated based on team size. A team consists of a team captain and up to three members.
This prize is subject to change and may be replaced by a similar prize of equivalent, or greater, monetary value at the sole discretion of Bowel Cancer UK, if reasonably required.
Participant entry

- A minimum of £100 raised in fundraising sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) by 11.59pm on Monday 1 July 2024 is required to be eligible for entry into the competition.
- The minimum £100 raised in fundraising sponsorship is required to be added to the teams online giving page by 11.59pm on Monday 1 July 2024. Sponsorship made via other methods will not be counted. Competition closes for entry at 11.59pm on Monday 1 July 2024. Any donations made after this date and time specified will not be taken into consideration and will not be eligible for this competition.
- All entrants will be assigned a number at random and the winner will be drawn using a random number generator on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
- The winner will be displayed on the Super Golf Challenge Facebook group by 5pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
- The winner will be notified by email and phone call by the Bowel Cancer UK Community Team, on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
- Should the winner not accept the prize by Monday 8 July 2024, then the prize will be reallocated to the competition and a new winner will be drawn at random. The stated rules will apply to the new draw.
- Should the winner be an employee of Bowel Cancer UK who is taking part in The Super Golf Challenge, the prize will be reallocated, and a new winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or exchanged for cash.
- The prize will be posted by Bowel Cancer UK directly to the winner by Thursday 11 July 2024 using signed for recorded delivery with Royal Mail delivery service.
- The winner agrees to share a suitable address with Bowel Cancer UK to receive their prize.

- All advertising will abide by the rules indicating clear ways to take part and including a link to the rules.

- The winner will be notified by email and phone call by the Bowel Cancer UK Community team, on Thursday 1 August 2024.
- Should the winner not accept the prize by Thursday 8 August 2024, then the prize will be reallocated to the competition and a new winner will be drawn at random. The stated rules will apply to the new draw.
- Should the winner be an employee of Bowel Cancer UK who is taking part in The Super Golf Challenge, the prize will be reallocated, and a new winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or exchanged for cash.
