Get Cosy with Scamp & Dude
We are delighted Scamp & Dude, an award-winning kids and adults fashion brand, is partnering with the charity to raise vital funds during Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. They share with us their inspiration behind the partnership.
It was watching Deborah James (@bowelbabe) document her journey through cancer, over two years ago, that inspired the creation of our ‘Super Scarves’. For every Super Scarf sold, we donate another to a woman with a life threatening illness, or a mother of a child with a life threatening illness. We want women everywhere, going through a hard time to know that we have their back.
Deborah remains an inspiration to all of us, so we are joining forces once again, this time to put our support behind Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. This feels particularly important at this time, with charities losing their ability to fundraise and the cancer community having treatments postponed or cancelled due to their increased risk of coronavirus. This is heart-breaking and scary.
Bowel Cancer UK need our support more than ever at the moment and we want to do our bit to support the cancer community and the charity during these difficult times and hope you can support us in doing it.
We will be donating £10 from the sale of each adult robe, and £5 from the sale of kids’ robes to the charity during April. We are also giving 30% discount off the robes to make the purchase a little easier and try to make sure as many of you as possible can cosy up in a super soft robe while staying at home.
Bowel cancer is the UK’s second biggest killer, but it doesn’t need to be this way. That’s why we’re supporting Bowel Cancer UK for Bowel Cancer Awareness Month in April. Not only can you get a superpower infused super soft robe to cosy up in, but you’re also helping the charity to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.
