The aim of prehabilitation (prehab) is to help you prepare, physically and mentally, for cancer treatment. Prehab can help you cope better with side effects from treatment, recover quicker and have better long-term health.

Professor Tara Rampal

Professor Tara Rampal is a leading global expert and thought leader in the field of cancer and surgical prehabilitation. She has contributed widely to raising awareness of the benefits of prehabilitation and advocates for making it accessible and embedded in healthcare systems.
Roberto Laza-Cagigas
Operations Lead, QuestPrehab
Roberto has six years’ experience in designing and delivering prehabilitation programmes for patients with cancer. He is currently a PhD/MPhil student in Human Sciences and his research is focused on the effects that multimodal prehabilitation has on patients with cancer and Type 2 diabetes who are awaiting surgery as part of their cancer treatment.
