Beating bowel cancer together

An expert explores: Prehabilitation for cancer treatment

You can watch our pre-recorded video and the recording of our live question and answer session below.

The aim of prehabilitation (prehab) is to help you prepare, physically and mentally, for cancer treatment. Prehab can help you cope better with side effects from treatment, recover quicker and have better long-term health.

Our recorded episode looked at the different parts of the prehabilitation programme. We also talked about how to access this service.
