Position: Supporter Retention Manager
Reporting to: Head of Public Fundraising
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus London weighting if applicable
Location: Flexible location with the expectation of being in our London office at least once a week
Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. We're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee the retention of our individual giving supporters. You'll be responsible for ensuring there's a stewardship plan for all donors to maximise their giving in the short-term as well as planning their ongoing support. You'll be passionate about building relationships with supporters and finding new and creative ways to show the impact of their gifts.
You'll also be a strategic thinker who can analyse existing activity and create long-term plans. Keeping accurate records will be key to reporting on results and forecasting income and expenditure.
Our individual giving income is exceeding all targets and you'll be joining a team who are motivated to make a difference to everyone affected by bowel cancer.
