A photo of a black and orange Ring O Fire flag banner on a beach. The banner is to the left of the image. On the right of image is the wording 'Ring O Fire' and '135 mile coastal ultra marathon'. This wording has a colour gradient on it, starting in orange, going to yellow in the middle and then back to orange. In the bottom right corner is an orange map of Anglesey. It has the words 'Anglesey' and 'Ynys Môn' on it in white. Over lapping the right corner of this map is a circle with the Welsh flag on it.

The person is in the centre of the image and is wearing a light teal Bowel Cancer UK branded running top, a red running vest and some black shorts. On their head they have a yellowish green bandana and a pair of sunglasses. In their right hand they are holding some black walking poles.
