World Cancer Day

We’re delighted to be partnering with ITN Business to raise awareness of bowel cancer for World Cancer Day, Sunday 4 February 2024.  

We’re proud to partner with ITN Business to share a powerful news-style programme this World Cancer Day, featuring our Chief Executive, Genevieve Edwards. She talks about the importance of early diagnosis for bowel cancer, where progress has been made and the ‘game changers’ that could make a real difference in saving lives.  

Anchored by television presenter Simon Thomas from the ITN London studio, the ‘Shaping the Future of Cancer Care’ programme was made working with several cancer charities and healthcare organisations along with sponsored editorial profiles. It shows the developments and challenges faced by some of the leading cancer charities in the UK. It also highlights medical advances and gives first-hand accounts of the impact cancer has.
