The perfect blend to help save lives from bowel cancer
We were thrilled to be chosen by Pact Coffee to be their Christmas charity partner for 2019, raising over £3,700 towards our lifesaving work.
Pact Coffee is an ethically sourced coffee subscription service that delivers freshly roasted coffee direct to the doors of its customers across the UK. We were chosen by Pact Coffee as bowel cancer has affected the lives of many of their team members. In the run up to Christmas 2019, Pact Coffee donated 50p for every product sold from their festive Christmas Blend coffee range.
The incredible team have also helped us raise awareness of bowel cancer and our work by sharing social media posts and creating a fantastic Decembeard blog on their website. They have even showcased their baking talents with a cake sale, which raised over £100.
Ted Charalambides, Head of Ecommerce at Pact Coffee, said “This past Christmas, the charity we decided to partner with was Bowel Cancer UK. We’re pleased to report we raised over £3700, through sales of our Christmas Blend products. We want to thank our customers for helping to support this incredible charity - it does essential work in campaigning for positive change, and supporting those diagnosed with bowel cancer.”
We are hugely grateful for the enthusiasm and commitment of the whole Pact Coffee team to raise vital funds and awareness of bowel cancer and help us stop people dying of this devastating disease.
The support of our corporate partners is crucial to ensuring we can continue to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.
