Make your brew count for everyone affected by bowel cancer
Monday 4 July 2022
Put your kettle on this August and join us for Brew Together.
It's really simple and everyone can get involved – gather your friends, family or colleagues, put the kettle on and make a donation to support our work. Every penny raised from this year's Brew Together will help stop people dying of bowel cancer by funding vital services and lifesaving research.
With Brew Together, the choice is yours! You could host your event at home, in your garden, or an outside space such as your local park.
Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK, with nearly 43,000 people diagnosed with the disease every year. More than 16,500 people die from bowel cancer every year in the UK, however the disease is treatable and curable especially if diagnosed early.
Luke Squires, Director of Fundraising at Bowel Cancer UK, said: "Every hour, four people will be diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK. By taking just an hour out of your day to hold a Brew Together event, your donations will ensure we can continue to help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer."
