Join us and Swim15 this August to help stop people dying of bowel cancer
Wednesday 22 June 2022
Registrations are now open for our brand new fundraising challenge Swim15.
Join us throughout August and swim 15km or miles, 15 laps, swim every day for 15 days, or how about aiming for a total of 15 hours in the pool?
The choice is yours. It's your challenge, your way – simply start swimming and get sponsored.
Research shows that exercise, like swimming, is a great way to improve your physical health and mental wellbeing. It can boost your mood, increase your energy levels and help reduce stress.
Every 15 minutes someone is diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK – that's nearly 43,000 people every year. We're entirely reliant on the generous support of people like you. Your fundraising will help us save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.
Luke Squires, Director of Fundraising at Bowel Cancer UK, says: "Whether it's in open water or a pool, grab your goggles and get sponsored this August. Everyone taking part will be working together across the UK to raise money to help our vital services and lifesaving research."
Take the plunge with our brand new Swim15 challenge and sign up today.
