Innovative Repair Group announce us as charity partner
We’re delighted to be announced as Innovative Repair Group’s Charity of the Year 2019.
Formally known as TST Accident Repair Centres, established in 1999, the Innovative Repair Group (iRG) is an independent network of vehicle repair centres spanning south Wales and England offering a range of expert vehicle repair services.
iRG is partnering with us to raise funds and increase awareness of the UK’s fourth most common cancer. One of iRG’s former colleagues died from bowel cancer and another colleague is currently being treated for the disease.
Luke Squires, Director of Fundraising at Bowel Cancer UK, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be chosen as iRG’s charity partner. More than 16,000 people die from bowel cancer in the UK every year, but because of the support of amazing organisations like iRG we can continue to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.”
Nicola Morris, Marketing Co-ordinator at iRG, said: “At IRG we are always passionate about supporting charities, after finding out that bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in Wales and England, we wanted to be able to show our support and help save lives. With us having branches in both countries, it gives us huge scope to spread awareness as well as raise funds for an important charity.”
