We're the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

  • Position: Senior Digital Fundraising Officer
  • Reporting to: Digital Engagement Manager
  • Salary: £30,000-£33,000 (inclusive of London weighting) depending upon experience, and contributory pension scheme
  • Holiday: 25 days plus 3 discretionary days between Christmas and New Year and statutory holidays
  • Location: Bowel Cancer UK, Unit 202, Edinburgh House, 170 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5DP (currently home based with future flexibility)

Job summary

Digital marketing and fundraising is a critical part of Bowel Cancer UK’s present and future organisational strategy. The Senior Digital Fundraising Officer will be an important member of the Digital team, who oversee our range of digital platforms to support the organisation in reaching and engaging new and existing online audiences.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Engagement Manager, Head of Public Fundraising and wider Fundraising team to help maximise our digital marketing campaigns for fundraising projects. This will include paid social advertising, SEO, email marketing and identifying and testing new digital opportunities. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to make a critical contribution to the lives of thousands of people affected by bowel cancer across the UK.

This role will be located in our London office, but home-based at present.
