Bowel cancer patient Lauren Bloxham is a trained yoga teacher specialising in yoga nidra (a deeply relaxing form of yoga). She's created some exclusive yoga nidra videos for the bowel cancer community to help you relax both physically and emotionally. Lauren says: "Yoga can play a very special role in these circumstances. Holding space to listen, breathe, move and connect deeply with the experience can provide respite from pain, a fresh perspective and a sense of emotional release."
