About the speaker
Sue Lennon, Rehab Psychosexual Therapist
Sue spent 28 years in the NHS, working across oncology, starting in acute medicine and inpatient chemotherapy, then out-patient chemotherapy, spent a couple of years teaching and then returned to clinical practice as a Macmillan Nurse Specialist.
Realising the sexual impact of cancer and cancer treatment was rarely discussed, she applied to Macmillan for funding to undertake a two year course in psychosexual therapy before starting a successful Macmillan Sexual Rehab clinic alongside her clinical role.
She now lives in France but continues to deliver a private rehab sex therapy service, working with anyone who suffers the sexual consequences of a life-changing illness or disability.
