Peer Support Line
Our Peer Support Line Service is currently closed. This is only a temporary measure over the festive period and the service will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.
Other support options remain open, you can find out more by exploring our support for you page.
Our Peer Support Line is a telephone support service open to anyone who has been diagnosed with bowel cancer. It's here to give you the opportunity to talk to someone who knows what it's like to have bowel cancer.
This service is run by our wonderful team of peer supporters who have all received a diagnosis of bowel cancer themselves. They've volunteered their time to share their personal experiences, offer support and let you know about other support and services you might find useful.
Please note this service is not available for family and friends. However, we know that when a friend or loved one has cancer, it can be difficult to know how to help them. So we have a dedicated section on our website which is full of resources specifically for those helping a loved one with bowel cancer.
