Bereavement support

It can be difficult when someone you know and care for dies. Grief can trigger many thoughts and emotions, which can affect you physically and mentally.

You may have similar thoughts and feelings when you know someone is going to die soon. These feelings can be just as intense and painful as those after their death. This is called anticipatory grief.

Knowing what to do as you prepare for someone to die and after someone has died may seem overwhelming. Our support and information about coping with grief and bereavement is here for you and your loved ones.
