We are currently recruiting for a Senior Policy Officer to join our Policy and Campaigns team. With our bold new ambitions, inspiring cause and strong brand, this a great time to join us as we scale up to ensure we can deliver our vision.

We are the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We are determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

With strong experience of working within a public policy team, you will confidently work with internal and external stakeholders to develop robust policy solutions to improve the diagnosis and treatment and care for people with bowel cancer.

You’ll have a good knowledge of the health service and awareness of cancer issues – with the ability to develop your expertise in bowel cancer in particular. You’ll understand the value of patient and public involvement, and have strong networking skills. Most importantly, you’ll have the desire to succeed and make a difference to the lives of people affected by bowel cancer.
