Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. We're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

We currently have around 70 staff based in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we're in a privileged position to be able to grow our staff team to deliver our ambitious new strategy, which we'll be launching in the spring. There are huge challenges facing bowel cancer patients across the UK, and our community needs us now more than ever. We're building a strong and united team to bring us closer to a world where nobody dies of bowel cancer.

The Digital Engagement Officer is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team and will support the day-to-day running and development of our digital channels. This involves supporting the management, optimisation and reporting of our website, email marketing and contributing to digital campaigns designed to help drive engagement, reach new audiences and provide a smooth supporter experience.

If you have a passion for digital, excellent copywriting skills with an amazing attention to detail and are willing to learn new platforms and skills then you could be the perfect fit for our busy and thriving digital team. We're keen to support people to develop so even if you don't have all of the requirements listed in the job description we'd love to hear from you.
