Services Manager (Wales)
Applications close: Sunday 6 October
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Services Manager to oversee the development of our new services strategy in Wales. Working alongside colleagues in the Wales and wider services team across the UK, the successful candidate will deliver key priorities of the Wales Bowel Cancer Moondance Initiative. This initiative is an innovative £1million programme of work funded by the Moondance Foundation to deliver a step change in bowel cancer outcomes for patients in Wales.
We are the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We are determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the wider Moondance Bowel Cancer Initiative partners to develop, coordinate and manage the strategic aims and objectives around the health professional and public awareness and education work stream. The postholder will have a significant level of responsibility and autonomy in the role, requiring high levels of initiative and self-supervision.
We are unashamedly ambitious and determined to stop people dying of bowel cancer. If you share our determination and are ready for the challenge of a fantastic role with the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity, we very much want to hear from you.
