We are looking for a Patient Services Manager to lead and develop our suite of services. This an is exciting time to join the charity in this new role, as we start to deliver our ambitious new strategy to develop and greatly expand our services.
We are the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
The Patient Services Manager is a central and important role, supporting delivery of our mission by developing and delivering services for patients and their loved ones.
You will work closely with the Head of Information and Support Services to develop a portfolio of personalised and accessible support services for people affected by bowel cancer, and proactively build internal and external relationships, partnerships and collaborations that will enable us to extend our impact and reach.
