Responsible for: Philanthropy Manager (Trusts and Statutory), Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. We're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
We're looking for an ambitious and talented Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy to lead and grow income from corporate partnerships whilst also overseeing our fundraising from trusts and statutory. A highly motivated, creative team player with a strong track record of success, you'll lead and support our fantastic partnerships and philanthropy team to take these vital income areas to the next level and beyond.
You'll have a solid understanding and experience of commercial and charity partnership working, be adept at identifying, initiating and fostering positive, productive relationships and be able to communicate with a wide range of audiences, organisations and stakeholders. An understanding of health and medical causes would be beneficial but certainly not essential, and we’re very happy to support the career development of somebody stepping up into their first 'head of' role. More important is your understanding of relationship fundraising from corporate partners alongside your passion to support us to help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.
If you fit our person specification and want to join our team, playing a central role in helping to stop people dying from bowel cancer, then please get in touch with Peridot Partners, our recruitment consultants, to discuss the role in more detail. We'd love to hear from you.
