Kiko Matthews event: 7 Nov 2019
Join us this November for an inspirational evening with world record holder Kiko Matthews.
In 2009, Kiko Matthews almost died of a brain tumour and underwent lifesaving neurosurgery. In 2018, she became the fastest female to solo row across the Atlantic.
Kiko is now a campaigner for the environment and promotes positive mental health in the face adversity. She raised over £100k for Kings College Hospital with her row, went on to complete a desert ultramarathon, and recently cycled across 6900km of the UK and Ireland coastline taking part in beach cleans with local communities.
Come along to Kiko's 'Live with Purpose' event and hear her talk about the benefits of challenge, the power of collaboration and community, developing resilience and Kikonomics.
The evening will be hosted by sports journalist and presenter Nicola McCarthy.
